Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the date of the scheduled session. If payment is not confirmed, your session may be canceled. You will not receive an email reminder to pay in full. It is the buyer's responsibility to calculate the time difference as the times listed on this website and all communication from Lali or Jamie is listed as Hawaii Standard time zone. If you need to reschedule after payment is confirmed, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date/time, and we will be happy to reschedule your session based on our availability. If you miss your session time without notification due to extraordinary circumstances, the option to reschedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that if you miss a scheduled session, our time can not be recouped.
Please note: Due to the nature of this service, there are NO REFUNDS once you have received your reading or Reiki healing. It is your responsibility to read all policies of the "Jamie Francisco's Spiritual Services" and "Purple Spirit Lali".
